Arnaud's Restaurant is a family owned/operated fine dining restaurant serving classic Creole and regional cuisine. We are seeking an exceptional Reservations Agent (Assistant Sales Associate) to join our Sales Team. Responsibilities: Process reservations received via phone or email. Maximize restaurant revenue by paying attention to agreed cover restrictions and employing cover maximization and cross-selling techniques plus product knowledge Adhere to Arnaud’s policies, relating to telephone standards, cancellation policies and written confirmations Create memorable guest experiences Administration duties will include (but not limited to) editing and printing menus for private dining, creating worksheets for internal communication and assisting Sales Managers. Assist Front of House with seating and directing guests Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales Ability to work well with a team and independently Avid learner, adaptable and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure in a loud environment with excellent attention to detail A high standard of personal presentation with confident, professional, positive and welcoming personality. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservations systems. A passion for providing customers with high-quality service. Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
